Ahmed Farag

Ahmed Farag is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive experience in ERP solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. ERP Specialist at Digital Dubai since December 2019, Ahmed supports over 70 government entities with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and manages the implementation of new entities in Smart Dubai's shared services. Prior to this role, Ahmed worked at Wipro as an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant, focusing on high-complexity projects in the government sector. Ahmed's career includes consulting positions at Crystal Consulting and Qemmah Consulting & Information Technology, as well as functional consulting at EMAK International Academy, where responsibilities included instruction on Oracle HCM courses. Early in the career, Ahmed gained customer service experience at Etisalat. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Oriental Languages from Cairo University, completed in 2010.
