Hend Alnuaimi

Hend Alnuaimi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product management and smart services. Since June 2012, Hend has held various leadership positions at Digital Dubai, including Director of the Digital Products Department and Digital Tribe Lead for the Smart Services Department. Prior roles include Services Manager for Dubai Now and Senior eServices Provisioning Officer. In addition, Hend contributed to the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office for a brief period in 2024. Participation in the UAE Government Leaders Program as part of the Future Leaders Programme from January 2020 to May 2021 further demonstrates a commitment to leadership development. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Innovation and Change Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (2019-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Higher Colleges of Technology (2011-2012), and a Higher Diploma in IT and Business from the same institution (2007-2011).
