Mohammad Tawfiq Irshaidat started their work experience in 2005 at Mashreq Bank as a Senior Recovery Officer. In this role, they were responsible for handling delinquent accounts, including credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans. Mohammad Tawfiq then joined Smart Dubai Gov in 2008 as a Principal Specialist in Procurement & Contracts. Later on, they became the Head of Procurement & Contracts and also served as a Senior Chief Accountant. In this position, they were responsible for managing the finances and property of Dubai Smart Government, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and providing support services for hiring and retaining employees.

Mohammad Tawfiq Irshaidat began their education at Khalid Bin Alwaleed High School in 1995. However, no degree or specific field of study is provided for this short period of time. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Zarqa University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad Tawfiq Irshaidat has also obtained two additional certifications. In November 2016, they became a Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) from the AIBM (Association of International Business & Management). Furthermore, in May 2014, they acquired the Lead Auditor - ISO certification from QMS (Quality Management Systems).
