Saleh L. is a seasoned Customer Experience Specialist with experience at Digital Dubai since March 2022, where leadership of a UI/UX Design team of eight designers has resulted in successful projects like UAE Pass and Dubai Now. Saleh manages over 16 ongoing projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Prior experience includes a UI Designer role at CFTE, where feedback integration led to significant improvements in user engagement on the THINK platform, and as a Strategy and Product Intern at Lune, where market analysis and development presentations were key responsibilities. Saleh also has front-end development experience from an internship at the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, contributing to the Centre of Digital Innovation. A graduate of the University of Exeter with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Saleh possesses a strong foundation in both design and technology.
