Sara Alzarooni

Sara AlZarooni began their work experience in 2007 as an Organization Development and Change Management Specialist at TECOM Group Dubai. In 2010, they joined Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) as a Business Process Improvement Manager and later became the Project Management Office Manager. In 2017, they moved to Digital Dubai, where they held the position of Head of Compliance and Engagement until 2019. Following that, they became the Director of Data Management and Compliance Affairs at the same company.

Sara AlZarooni's education history begins in 2003 when they attended the University of Sharjah. Sara pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Marketing, completing their studies in 2007.

In 2021, Sara also attended the IESE Business School, where they participated in the Dubai Leadership Program but did not specialize in any specific field of study.
