Charmaine Cheng

Charmaine Cheng is the Senior Vice President and Group Head of People & Culture at Digital Edge DC since August 2021, contributing to the company's mission of transforming digital infrastructure in Asia. With previous experience as Director and People Business Partner at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) from March 2016 to July 2021, and as Regional Human Resources Manager at Simmons & Simmons from October 2014 to February 2016, Charmaine has a strong background in human resources and management. Additional roles include Operations & Change Program Manager at Allegis Global Solutions and National Operations Manager at APM. Charmaine holds a Master of Human Resource Management and Organisational Development from Southern Cross University, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macquarie University.
