Malvika Kanade

Malvika Kanade is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A, financing, and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Digital Edge DC since January 2021, Malvika independently manages all legal aspects of strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to structure and negotiate complex transactions. Prior to this role, Malvika was a Legal Counsel at Tata Communications, focusing on legal matters related to M&A and financing, and collaborated with Corporate Strategy and Treasury teams on strategic transactions globally. Malvika's earlier experience includes positions at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Samvad Partners, where expertise in banking, finance, and corporate compliance was developed. Malvika holds a BBA. LLB degree from Symbiosis International University and has a foundational education in science from Jaihind College and Nath Valley School.
