Rajesh Prabhakaran

Rajesh Prabhakaran currently serves as the Head of Company Secretary and Legal Operations at Digital Edge DC, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Rajesh accumulated extensive experience at Tata Communications in a Secretarial & Legal capacity from September 1998 to February 2024. Earlier experiences include positions at Zee Telefilms Ltd as Personal Assistant to the President (Marketing) and Sales Coordinator from May 1997 to September 1998, and Efficient Data Processing Private Limited as Personal Assistant to the CMD in April 1995 to September 1995. Rajesh's educational background includes training at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as well as studies at Indira Gandhi National Open University, where a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management was obtained, along with education at Atomic Energy Central School and South Indian Education Society.
