Alan Tsao

Alan Tsao has a strong background in finance and has held several leadership positions in various companies. Alan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the YMCA of Rock River Valley, YMCA of Greater Northwestern DuPage County, and Golden Corridor Family YMCA. Prior to this, they worked as the EVP of Finance and Revenue at Digital Factory, Inc. Alan also served as the VP of Finance at Digital Factory, where they were responsible for capital raising, strategic planning, modeling, analytics, accounting policy and controls, and annual operating plans. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Harvest Bible Chapel, the Global Finance Director at John Crane, and the Director of Global Finance at Pentair. Alan started their career as a Finance Manager at Nielsen.

Alan Tsao completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1992. Alan then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the same university from 1992 to 1993.
