Bethani Salwa

Bethani Salwa, NCCO, currently serves as the Mortgage Lending Compliance Officer at Digital Federal Credit Union since July 2014, focusing on ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations related to mortgage lending. Previously, Bethani held various positions at Avidia Bank, including Mortgage Operations Team Leader and Mortgage Closing Representative, as well as Retail Loan Operations Representative. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Assistant at 1-800 East West Mortgage, where responsibilities encompassed reviewing disclosure packages for compliance, managing appraisal and title requests, and training loan officers on regulations. Bethani's career began as an Assistant Manager at American Eagle Outfitters from May 2001 to June 2008.
