Gina O'Neil

Gina O'Neil, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Representative at Millbrook Distribution Services from October 2006 to June 2008. Gina then transitioned to Digital Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Manager from June 2008 to February 2023, Human Resources Generalist until February 2023, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director from February 2023 onwards.

Gina O'Neil, PHR, SHRM-CP pursued their undergraduate studies at Assumption University from 2001 to 2005, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish/Latin American Studies. Gina continued their education at Assumption University from 2007 to 2010, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business/Human Resources Management.
