Wayne Haubner

Wayne Haubner possesses extensive experience in technology and leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving on the Member Board of Directors for Digital Federal Credit Union since May 2020, Wayne has contributed to the growth of one of the nation's largest credit unions. As Chief Technology Officer at Escher Group, Wayne leads innovation in digital point-of-service software for major retailers. Previous positions include Chief Innovation Officer at Synergi Partners, Senior Vice-President of Emerging Technologies and Engineering at VT iDirect, and Vice President of Product Development at ADP, where Wayne managed significant product development teams and initiatives. Wayne's career also includes key roles at SAP, Frictionless Commerce, Lotus/IBM, Boston Technology, and Marcam, emphasizing leadership in product development, cloud computing, and software architecture. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
