Facilities Engineer at Digital Fortress

Andy Le has a range of experience in the technology industry. Andy started their career at Digital Fortress in 2009 as a Technical Support representative, where they provided sales support and technical assistance for the Tukwila and Seattle facilities. In this role, they also trained and educated site personnel on infrastructure requirements. Andy then moved on to become a Facilities Engineer, managing three facilities in the Seattle area. Andy supervised various equipment and systems, including cooling towers, UPS battery systems, and backup generators. Andy also oversaw the building management system and performed troubleshooting for cabling and connectivity issues. In addition, Andy collaborated with vendors for maintenance and scheduling. Later, they joined Digital Fortress Colocation as a NOC Supervisor, where they likely played a supervisory role in the Network Operations Center.

From 1998 to 1999, Andy Le attended the Community Colleges of Spokane, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming and successfully obtained an Associate's degree.
