Jonathon Burgess

Jonathon Burgess has a strong background in facilities engineering and data center operations. Jonathon started their career at Infinity Internet as a NOC technician, where they gained expertise in setting up and supporting customer environments, managing point-to-point wireless communications networks, and handling data center colocation. Jonathon then moved on to Easystreet Online Services as a NOC technician, where they excelled in project and crisis management, system administration, and customer support. At Atmosera, Jonathon worked as a Facilities Technician and later as a Facilities Engineer, overseeing day-to-day operations and critical infrastructure of multiple data center locations. Jonathon was responsible for planning and designing infrastructure expansion, creating secure operating procedures, and managing power distribution and generation systems. Currently, Jonathon is working at Digital Fortress as a Facilities Engineer.

Jonathon Burgess completed their Associate in Arts - DTA degree in General Studies at Clark College from 2000 to 2021.
