Taylor Loya

Taylor Loya is a senior account manager at Digital Fortress, where they oversee 500+ client accounts. Taylor has a focus on global and nationwide enterprise accounts through six data center locations. Loya is responsible for new sales and quoting, and they collaborate with brokers and vendors for new logo sales and business development. Taylor is also the lead project manager, responsible for contract negotiation and preparation, onboarding new and existing clients, training new sales members and account managers, and preparing weekly and quarterly opportunity pipeline and sales reports.

Prior to their current role, Loya was an account and project manager at Eastside Roof Cleaning. In that role, they were focused on account management, responsible for existing relationships and new sales. Taylor managed an internal team and scheduling, worked with clients, vendors, brokers and contractors while negotiating deals, and ensured new and existing client satisfaction. Loya was also focused on project management start to finish, including budgeting while overseeing teams, vendors and timelines.

Before their career in account management, Loya was an independent business owner of Make-up By Taylor, LLC for 7 years 9 months. And before that, they were an assistant buyer at Kroger for 2 years 11 months.

Taylor Loya is a student at Bellevue College, where they are studying business administration and marketing.
