Santtu Räsänen

Santtu Räsänen has over 19 years of experience in the technology and support sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Naveo Commerce since April 2012, Räsänen also leads Customer Success and Support operations. Prior to this, Räsänen co-founded and held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Skaia Oy from October 2014 to January 2020, where mobile development and consulting services were provided. Additionally, Räsänen's career includes roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Fujitsu and a Software Test Engineer at Wayfinder Systems, along with earlier positions as a Support Engineer at Navicore Oy and Technical Support at Call Waves Solutions Finland Oy.
