Keith Jansa has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Keith is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Digital Governance Council. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director and Vice President, Standards and Innovation at the same organization.
Before joining Digital Governance Council, Keith worked at Standards Council of Canada, where they held several managerial positions related to strategic policy, sector engagement, and standards development.
Keith also has experience in the Canadian Electricity Association as a Manager, Standards and Occupational Health & Safety.
Additionally, Keith worked as a First-Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor at St. John Ambulance Council for Federal District.
Keith started their career at ULC Standards as a Standards Specialist and later joined Hudson's Bay Company, where they held various roles such as Switchboard Operator, Cash Office, Systems, and Stock Associate. Keith also served as a Health and Safety Specialist at the Etobicoke Distribution Centre.
Keith's career began at Dental Technology Group as a Plaster Technician.
Keith Jansa attended the University of Ottawa from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a B.H. Sc. (Honours) degree in Health Sciences. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in International Trade from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), Joint Health and Safety Committee from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and Six Sigma Green Belt Professional from VMedu, Inc.
