Daniel Tesfu has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and communications roles in various organizations. Daniel began their career as a Monitoring & Evaluation and Communications Coordinator at World Vision from March 2014 to July 2017. Daniel then worked at CARE as Advisor for Knowledge Management and Communications from July 2017 to January 2019. Daniel later joined the International Rescue Committee and served as Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Manager from January 2019 to October 2020. Currently, they are working at Digital Green, where they held the position of Head-Monitoring and Evaluation and later as the Strategy Director, responsible for monitoring, evaluation, learning, business development, and communications.
Daniel Tesfu earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Daniel then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
