Tetyana Zelenska

Tetyana Zelenska has a diverse range of work experience in roles related to monitoring, evaluation, research, and project management. Tetyana is currently the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, US at Digital Green. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Labor Economist, where they evaluated the impact of hiring incentives and strategies and contributed to the launch of a data-driven business intelligence tool. Tetyana also served as a Sr. Research and Evaluation Specialist at Landesa, managing impact evaluations and assessments to improve rural land tenure security. Tetyana was a Project Manager at Catholic Relief Services, overseeing a program providing support to displaced individuals in Ukraine. Tetyana has also held positions at Innovations for Poverty Action and Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, where they conducted research on social programs and managed implementation of randomized control trials. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Analyst at Innovations for Poverty Action and as an Economic Development Unit Intern at CARE. Tetyana's early career includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University and a Research Assistant at the Center for Regional Analysis at Armstrong Atlantic State University.

Tetyana Zelenska holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Economics from Georgia State University, though the specific years of their studies are unknown. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at Armstrong State University, graduating in 2006.
