Wondwossen Hailu, PhD has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Wondwossen began their career in 2005 as a Programs Manager at Save the Children US, where they led strategic and operational planning and oversaw the implementation of community-based information management systems. Wondwossen also supervised program staff and facilitated coordination among international partners. In 2014, Hailu joined Digital Green as a Project Director, providing managerial and technical support to partners in Ethiopia to improve program planning and expand the program portfolio. Wondwossen also championed quality extension services and led the integration of quality improvement into the program. Hailu's vast experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, program planning, and advocacy.
