Austin Flynn

Austin Flynn has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Austin currently works as a Cyber Security Analyst at Digital Hands, where they respond to incidents within a Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) environment. In this role, they monitor alarms and responds to alerts from various IT and networking systems. Prior to this, Austin worked as a Cloud Service Administrator at CloudWave, Healthcare IT Solutions, where they managed and supported hospitals' cloud server infrastructure globally. Austin utilized VMware vCenter and VMware ESXi to manage and host virtual machines. Austin also worked with Citrix and other backup environments for hospital clients. Before that, they were an Enterprise Desktop Analyst Lead at Perspecta, supporting end-users and troubleshooting IT issues for various health organizations, including the Air Force, Army, and Navy hospitals. Austin utilized Active Directory and worked with IT personnel at local bases for issue resolution. Austin also has experience as a Cashier at H-E-B and as a Network Administrator at HUMANS ACQUIRING COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERING & ROBOTIC SKILLS INC, where they supported and troubleshot hosts in a network infrastructure, managed firewalls and server monitoring, and diagnosed system images for increased efficiency.

Austin Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Austin attended the university from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their degree, Austin obtained several certifications in the field of IT and cybersecurity.
