Charlotte Baker

Charlotte Baker started their work experience in 2001 as the CEO of Digital Hands, a Top 50 MSSP specializing in cybersecurity. In 2014, they became the Chairman of the Board at the University of Tampa, where they held various leadership positions until the present. Since 2018, they have been involved with Tampa Bay Wave, serving as the Immediate Past Chair of the Board, Chairman of the Board, and Board Member. From 2012, they have been a member of the Managed Services Advisory Board at the Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA). Additionally, they have served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and the WIPP Education Foundation. In 2004, they founded Start-Up Young America.

Charlotte Baker has a Bachelor of Science degree in McIntire School of Commerce, Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia. Charlotte also holds an MBA degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
