Carl Owen is the Monitoring Services Manager at Digital Health and Care Wales, leading the ISOC Team in providing technical support and monitoring services for NHS Wales National Services. Prior to this role, Carl served as a Senior IT Specialist at the same company, focusing on maintaining and monitoring national IT systems. Earlier in their career, Carl worked as an IT Technician at NHS Wales - Powys Local Health Board. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of South Wales and has completed various leadership and management qualifications.
