Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Digital Health and Care Wales is responsible for steering the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organisation. Comprising roles such as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Nursing Information Officer, and various principal analysts and specialists, the team ensures that the delivery of digital health services aligns with national healthcare goals. They oversee the design, implementation, support, and integration of over 70 software services to enhance patient care and facilitate seamless, electronic record-keeping across NHS Wales.
