Shelagh Maloney

Shelagh Maloney is the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Health Canada since January 2025 and has been a Board Member and Chair of the People and Culture Committee at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada since September 2018. Previous roles include Senior Business Advisor at Stratford and various leadership positions at Canada Health Infoway, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder engagement, consumer health solutions, communications, and the launch of certification services. Shelagh also contributed to local health integration networks and served on advisory committees at the University of Waterloo. Maloney holds a BSc (Honours) in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
