Andrew Volovyk

Andrew Volovyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and product management. As a Managing Partner at Digital Health Outcomes since March 2011, Andrew oversees the technical operations, including product design, team management, and client communications. In addition, as Co-Founder and Head of Product Development at Hashtago since August 2013, Andrew focuses on product design, software development, and strategic planning. Previously, Andrew worked as a Data Scientist at Intel Corporation from December 2008 to October 2010. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Doctor of Philosophy in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
