Brian Kirk

Brian Kirk has extensive work experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brian currently holds the position of CFO at ARIN since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ATPCO for 27 years, from 1991 to 2018, where they also served as CFO. During their tenure at ATPCO, they played a crucial role in leading the financial areas of the company and successfully orchestrated acquisition financing of over $25M. Brian was instrumental in increasing the company's revenue by 50% to more than $100M over 6 years through strategic financial planning and investments in innovative solutions. Brian also provided monthly financial performance analysis, focusing on business activities driving revenue and cost budget variances.

Brian Kirk has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from James Madison University. Brian also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the George Mason University - School of Business.
