Damien Kieken is a seasoned game design professional currently serving as the Senior Game Design Director at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kieken held the position of Creative Director at Ubisoft Annecy from July 2010 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading an unannounced project and managing vision and updates for the game For Honor. Kieken has also contributed to Ubisoft Montréal as a Game Director, overseeing game modes, post-launch content, and player experiences. Earlier in Kieken's career, a role as Game Content Manager at Ubisoft provided experience in supporting AAA titles with online and multiplayer content. Kieken holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Institut International du Multimedia - Pole Leonard de Vinci and a Baccalauréat in S from Lycée Louis de Broglie.
