Daniel Canelhas

Daniel Canelhas is a Software Engineer at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) since December 2019, with previous experience as a Computer Vision Scientist at Univrses from August 2017 to December 2019. Prior to this, Daniel completed a PhD in Computer Science at Örebro University, where research focused on Truncated Signed Distance Fields Applied to Robotics. Daniel also has a background as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Alstom Grid, specializing in high-voltage electrical substations, and an internship at CEMIG, assisting with documentation for the SINOCON project. Daniel holds a Doctorate from Örebro University, a Master's in Robotics and Intelligent Systems from the same institution, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from PUC Minas.
