Lee Sutton is a seasoned professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at The Digital Impact Alliance since October 2023, Lee leads the development of learning and evaluation systems to enhance the effectiveness of program activities. Previously, as Senior Advisor at the Center for Civilians in Conflict, Lee spearheaded the organization's first theory of change and MEL plan, contributing to a significant revenue increase. Lee's background includes roles at International Development at AECOM, Creative Associates International, and International Medical Corps, where a consistent focus on developing and implementing MEL strategies has been demonstrated. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
