Randia joined DMI in early 2015 after serving 26 years in the agency side of the business. Randia began her career with Mast Advertising in 1988 on the operational side of the business. She worked in the billing department for a brief time and then moved into an Account Service Representative position for the next 9 years. Mast was eventually purchased by Ketchum Directory Advertising (KDA) and Randia moved to the client service side of the business as an Account Executive soon after the acquisition. Randia has managed several high-profile accounts including Best Buy, Penske Truck Rental and DIRECTV and served as the Managing, Account Director for the last 11 years of her career with KDA. During her career, she was responsible for developing both digital and print media strategies to grow revenue and managed over $20 million in revenue, developing 25% in new digital growth and has launched extensive call tracking tests to prove performance. Her responsibilities included analyzing the performance of all media placements, coordinating creative focus groups to improve content and continually optimizing programs based on results. She has also been responsible for training her direct reports in product, sales, client service and operations to grow and maintain client relationships. Randia was awarded the annual “Get It Great” award twice and won “Employee of the Year” for KDA in 2008 for her exceptional service.
