Michael Heaney is currently the Senior Talent Development & Performance Manager at the Digital Marketing Institute. Prior to their current role, Heaney was the Senior Performance Coach & Sales Training Lead at Sky where Michael played a key role in onboarding induction training for over 850 agents. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Dorset College Dublin and post-graduate degrees in Executive Performance Coaching from Cork City University and the Irish Management Institute. Michael is currently pursuing further education at Harvard University.
