Paulo Cesar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and implementing technology solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior IT & Compliance Manager at the Digital Marketing Institute, Paulo has successfully consolidated ticketing systems and scaled IT operations to support company expansion on three continents. Previous roles include Backup Coach and Technical Support Analyst at Hewlett-Packard, where Paulo achieved a 94% First Call Resolution rate, and Security Manager at Silver Lions Security and Fire Prevention LTD, where procedural efficiencies were improved to achieve zero equipment loss.
