Jill Christie

Jill Christie is an experienced professional with a background in news reporting, anchoring, and public relations. Jill worked as a Traffic Anchor and Assistant Director of Operations at Metro Networks from 1993 to 1998, where they supervised a team and managed affiliate relationships. From 2000 to 2001, they were a News Reporter/Anchor at News Radio WOAI/Clear Channel Communications, covering general assignments and sports news. From 2004 to 2009, Jill worked as a News Anchor/Reporter at BMP Radio, where they covered national, regional, and local news, including criminal trials and government proceedings. Jill then joined KROV 91.7 HD 2 San Antonio Community Radio in 2011 as the News Director/Morning Show Anchor/Account Executive, and they remained with the company until 2016. Most recently, Jill served as the Director of Development and Public Relations at Digital Marketing Sapiens.

Jill Christie began their education in 1991 when they attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Jill focused their studies on Communications and Psychology, completing their time there in 1992. In 1995, Jill continued their education at San Antonio College, where they delved into Broadcasting, Film, and Psychology. Their studies at San Antonio College came to an end in 1997.
