Nicole Binder is a Salesforce Consultant and Developer at Digital Mass since October 2021, previously serving as a Technology Leadership Development Program Associate and Technology Associate at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from May 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant, Grader, and Lab Assistant at Carleton College, where Nicole provided tutoring and mentorship to students and evaluated programming assignments. Additionally, an internship at GIGA involved technical research and content creation related to air quality, while an earlier position at Wightman & Associates, Inc. focused on managing and organizing the company’s information system. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Chinese from Carleton College, completed in 2021, and a high school diploma from St. Joseph High School awarded in June 2017.

Digital Mass was founded in 2017 coinciding with the new wave of Salesforce technologies, namely SFDX and Lightning experience.
