Ginny Cheung

Ginny Cheung has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Ginny started their career at the Performing Arts Center of Baldwin Park as a Stage Technician from July 2015 to March 2020. Ginny then worked as a Stage Manager at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts from November 2015 to February 2022. In 2016, they joined The Walt Disney Studios as a Stage Manager, and later moved on to work as an Industry Services Assistant at the Independent Film & Television Alliance from September 2016 to November 2016. Ginny also had experience in event planning and marketing as an Events Marketing Coordinator at Digital Media Wire from January 2017 onwards. Ginny further expanded their skills as a Volunteers Coordinator at Film Independent in May 2017. In 2019, they worked as a Project Manager for Power Level Productions in the Anime Industry Party. Ginny has also worked as a Freelance Stage Manager and Freelance Assistant Director/Production Assistant from June 2013 to February 2020. Currently, they are working at Knott's Berry Farm as a Stage Manager since August 2021 and is currently serving as a Production Coordinator since November 2022. Additionally, they were a Venue Manager at A Forest for the Trees from May 2022 to December 2022. Overall, Ginny has a strong background in stage management and event coordination, with a range of experiences in the entertainment industry.

Ginny Cheung pursued their education at California State University, Fullerton from 2008 to 2013. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Design and Technical Production. Additionally, they also pursued a second Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, which they completed in the same timeframe.

In terms of additional certifications, Ginny Cheung received the Google Project Management certification from Coursera in November 2021. In June 2021, they obtained the Event Safety Access Training certification from the Event Safety Alliance. Ginny also holds the COVID-19 Compliance Officer certification from Health Education Services, which they obtained in October 2020. Lastly, Ginny Cheung received the First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in June 2019.
