Ave Lauringson

Ave Lauringson is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Digital Nation since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lauringson held multiple positions at e-Estonia, including Managing Director and Business Engagement Manager from November 2020 to March 2024. Previous experience also includes being Human Resources Development Manager at Milrem Robotics and ICT Skills Coordinator at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia. Lauringson has held various positions at the Tiger Leap Foundation, including Head of Training and Public Relations Manager, and served as Assistant to the Secretary General at the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research. Lauringson holds an MBA from Estonian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Tartu.
