Ximena Ireta-Lopez

Ximena Ireta-Lopez has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager, People Ops at Digital NEST since September 2015. Ximena has held various HR and operational roles within the organization, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and workforce development. In addition to current responsibilities, Ximena has recent experience as a Personnel Analyst with the County of Monterey and prior roles at organizations like Santa Cruz Seaside Company and UCSC Colleges 9/10.
