Adil Skalli

Adil Skalli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program design and implementation, particularly in the areas of digital literacy, social entrepreneurship, and economic development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Design Manager at Digital Opportunity Trust since February 2020, Adil leads the creation of culturally relevant learning programs that promote digital inclusion and personal empowerment across multiple countries. In addition to consulting as a Human-Centred Designer for Proportion, Adil has a strong background in managing high-stakes international development initiatives through previous roles at the United Nations Association in Canada, where oversight included government relations and youth civic engagement. Adil's expertise is complemented by a solid educational foundation, including a degree from Carleton University.
