Anthony Omutobe

Anthony Omutobe supports DOT global program strategic initiatives, technical guidance, and support in the process of continuous design, management, and improvement of M&E practices, processes, and systems in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, and Ghana. He also leads in research and provides data processing and analysis support and formulation of conclusions and recommendations for decision-making.
