Candice de Villiers

Candice De Villiers has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an Organisational Development Business Partner at DigiOutsource since May 2016, where notable achievements include the collaborative creation and rollout of a global performance management tool. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional HR Generalist at ZaPOP, where Candice facilitated recruitment and developed internal processes for onboarding and disciplinary guidance, and as a Human Resources Administrator at Berco Group, where Candice served as acting HR Manager and chaired disciplinary enquiries.
