Kelly Philander Castle

Kelly Philander Castle has extensive experience in operational compliance and customer service. Since June 2017, Kelly has served as the Operational Compliance Team Lead at DigiOutsource, after holding roles as an Operational Compliance Specialist and Risk Agent. Concurrently, since December 2015, Kelly has been a Customer Service Agent at Digital Outsource Services (Pty) Ltd. In addition to professional roles, Kelly tutors first-year Political Studies students at the University of the Western Cape while pursuing an Honors degree in Political Studies. Previous experience includes serving as the Head Mentor in the Peer Mentoring Programme from January 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included mentoring, administration, and event planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, as well as Language and Communications, obtained from the University of the Western Cape.
