Tanya Kotze

Tanya Kotze has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at DigiOutsource since April 2018, where previous roles included Junior HR Business Partner, HR Support Partner, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to DigiOutsource, Tanya worked at ThornTree Group from March 2016 to March 2018 as a Recruitment Specialist and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Additional experience includes serving as a Candidate Recruitment Specialist at Antal International from March 2014 to March 2016, Branch Secretary at Communicate Recruitment, and Front Office Assistant at Lead Laundry & Catering. Tanya began a career in recruitment at Network Recruitment as an Executive Relations Coordinator, Branch Secretary for the Tech Team, and Receptionist from August 2008 to December 2011. Education was completed at Hoërskool President High School, earning a Matric degree.
