Sterre van der Poll

Sterre van der Poll's work experience begins in 2012 at DEEN supermarkten, where they worked in the Slagers- en broodafdeling until 2018. In 2018, Sterre joined Schipper Kozijnen as a Junior LEAN-coördinator and later completed an internship in Operational Excellence. In 2019, they joined WES Wind Energy Solutions as a Data Analyst and also completed a graduate internship in Data Analytics. In 2022, Sterre began working at Digital Power as a Data Analytics Consultant, a role in which they helped various organizations with their data challenges. Sterre also worked as a Data Analyst via Digital Power at Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) in the same year.

Sterre van der Poll's education history is as follows:

In 2010, Sterre attended Copernicus atlascollege, where they obtained a higher general secondary education (Havo) degree with a focus on natural sciences and health as well as natural sciences and technology.

From 2015 to 2019, Sterre studied at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

During their bachelor's program, in 2017 and 2018, Sterre pursued a minor in Data Science at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Sterre continued their education at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Digital Driven Business in 2020.

In 2021, Sterre attended Tilburg University for a Pre-Master program in Data Science and Society.

In addition to their formal education, Sterre has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Skoledo. In 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in 2023, Sterre acquired the dbt Fundamentals certification from dbt Labs.
