Rich Smith has extensive work experience in the printing industry. rich began their career in 1991 at Lawrence Binding Systems, where they worked as a Sales Manager for over 24 years. In 2016, they joined Digital Print Solutions (DPS) as a Senior Account Manager. DPS is a leading dealer for Canon and specializes in digital print engines and envelope printers. Throughout their career, Rich has gained valuable knowledge and expertise in sales and client management.

Rich Smith attended North Canton Hoover from 1973 to 1977. Following that, they enrolled at The Ohio State University, where they studied Marketing and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981.
