Ornella Dourot is an experienced digital project manager currently serving as Cheffe de projet digital at Digital Prod since June 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing digital projects for major clients, gathering and refining client requirements, managing a portfolio of projects, and ensuring adherence to budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
