Alison Raby

Alison Raby is the Founder and CEO of Mariposa Search, a boutique executive search and consulting firm established in 1999, specializing in culture transformation, worksite wellness, diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and leadership development. Raby co-founded Digital Raign in 2016, which serves as the XR arm of Mariposa Search, focusing on human capital services for emerging technology industries. Raby also holds the position of Program Ambassador at the Esalen Institute and serves on the advisory boards of the Virtual World Society, NewPathVR, Inspiration Campaign, and Wisdom 2.0 Women. Raby's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Health and Philosophy from DePaul University and studies at Lake Forest Academy Ferry Hall.
