Ann Sultan

Ann Sultan currently serves as the Senior Director, Corporate Counsel - Compliance at Digital Realty, overseeing Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Compliance and Trade/Sanctions Programs. Ann holds a significant board membership at the CEELI Institute and has served in the International Department at Miller & Chevalier Chartered as Vice Chair and Partner, where guidance is offered to companies on intricate compliance and enforcement matters. Ann's expertise spans workplace misconduct, economic sanctions, and navigating DOJ and SEC investigations.
