Leon Hocquard

Leon Hocquard is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Salesforce Technology at Digital Realty since October 2023. Prior to this role, Leon was the Director of Salesforce Technology Delivery at Poly from July 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing strategy, architecture, and operational excellence for the Salesforce platform with a diverse team across multiple countries. Leon's extensive career at Plantronics, spanning from April 2005 to June 2020, included roles as Director of Customer Engagement Platforms and Director of Salesforce Platform Architecture, where ownership of strategy and execution of various customer engagement technologies was pivotal.
