Sofia Leitão is an accomplished EMEA Recruitment Director with extensive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic sourcing. They have successfully led recruitment projects across EMEA and LATAM while holding key positions at prominent companies including Digital Realty and F5 Networks. Sofia previously served as Head of Recruitment at Nokia and Senior Talent Acquisition EMEA at CH2M HILL, where they focused on building resource functions for large-scale growth.
